Our 2016 Condor Barossa Shiraz is a full-bodied, robust red wine with rich, concentrated flavors. Deep ruby in color, it exudes intense aromas of dark berries, plum, and black cherries, accented by hints of spice, chocolate, and subtle oak. On the palate, it offers bold, ripe fruit flavors balanced by fine tannins and a touch of pepper, delivering a smooth, lingering finish. The warm Barossa climate in South Australia enhances the wine's depth and complexity, making it a perfect pairing with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses. An excellent choice for cellaring or immediate enjoyment.

Tasting notes:
Wine that presents itself with an intense red color, with purple hues. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet in which aromas of berries, such as currants and blueberries, intertwine, accompanied by delicate herbaceous notes and spices. In the mouth it reveals itself to be structured and harmonious, with soft tannins.

Tasting notes:
Red wine of great character, typical of the Italian winemaking tradition. It has an intense ruby red color, often with garnet reflections in older wines. On the nose, it offers a complex and fascinating bouquet, with hints of ripe cherry, plum, and floral notes of violet. On the palate, it is harmonious and well structured.
